The EX has a cruise speed of 460 kts, and a max-fuel payload of 2,700 lbs. The long-range 900EX entered service in 1996 and features more modern TFE731-60 engines rated at 5000 lbs. The 900B entered service in 1991 with engines upgraded to TFE731-5BR-1C rated at 4,750 lbs.
